Alongside its world-leading academic expertise, the NGI’s unique facilities include 1500m2 of ISO class 5 and 6 cleanrooms, providing researchers with the capability to work with 150 different types of 2D materials and fabricate nanodevices. These facilities allow Manchester academics and their industrial partners to work side-by-side on new and pioneering applications of graphene and 2D materials.
