This short animation describes the benefits of the new online help and support portal which allows staff and students to access IT help online. The Support Portal aims to save everyone time and improve productivity. Staff and students will find it easier to get the help and support they need online without having to phone the IT Support Centre or use a walk-up desk. IT Modernisation is part of the University’s Professional Services portfolio of strategic projects, working to deliver the University’s Strategic Plan.
