At The University of Manchester we are changing the way we operate and deliver IT services. In this short video University staff and students explain the value in making sure users contribute to the way we change IT.
This video is about a new online Support Portal which will change the way staff and students access the help and support they need from IT Services, at the University. Launching this Support Portal is part of a transformation programme called IT Modernisation which is one of the University’s Professional Services portfolio of strategic projects, working to deliver the University’s Strategic Plan.
