At the Counselling and Mental Health Service if you have attended one or more of our groups, you are able to access our Moving on Groups (MOGS). These are the groups running at the service across the academic year:
- Improving Self-Esteem
- Overcoming Worry
- Understanding My Mood: Ways to Manage it Better
- Improving Low Mood with CBT
- Emotional Regulation
- Better Relationships with Ourselves and Others
- Understanding and Maintaining Relationships
- Understanding Trauma: Creating safety and connection
- Managing Social Anxiety (Separate MOG)
- Bereavement Group (Separate MOG)
