Facilities like Du Bois Library, the many labs and ample areas to relax made it very pleasant to study here. As the video will show the Geography department is much smaller than at Manchester and as a result the classes were smaller and were based to a larger extent on student participation much like seminars in Manchester. This style of teaching was challenging to adapt to in the first few weeks but I became accustomed to it and enjoyed my time in these classes.
